Return & Refund Policy
At Mabels, we want you to love your order. Because our products are skincare and personal-care items, we're unable to accept returns of opened or used products for health and hygiene reasons. That said, we stand behind every order and we're here to make things right.
Damaged, Defective, Wrong, or Missing Items If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or something is missing, please email us at support@mabelsco.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo or short video showing the issue. We'll arrange a free replacement or a full refund, with no need to send anything back.
Order Not Arrived If your tracking hasn't updated or your order hasn't arrived within a reasonable time after the estimated delivery date, please reach out and we'll reship your order or issue a refund. If your tracking shows the order as "delivered" but you haven't received it, contact us within 48 hours and we'll help you file a claim with the carrier.
Change of Mind (Unopened Items) If you've changed your mind and your item is still unopened and unused, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Approved returns of unopened items can be sent to an address we'll provide, with return shipping covered by the customer. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Refunds Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method and typically appear within 5-10 business days.
